Spring is finally here after what has seemed a really long and tedious winter. Its also that time of year when I start to get ready and look forward to the forthcoming wedding season.
New for this year is location engagement sessions for all my couples (no longer in the studio) . This is a great way to get to know each other better and for them to get a feel for how I work – vital ingredients to help getting great shots on the big day.
So to start of here’s some images I took of Marchien and Nick whose wedding I will be photographing later this year at Warbrook House. These images were taken in the alleyway next to my studio and then across the road in the beautiful grounds of Reading University. It was also an opportunity for me to try out my new equipment. Earlier this year I changed over completely to Nikon having used Canons for the last 10 years or so. And I’m really pleased I made the change. Of course nothing is complete without some hipstamatic i phone shots as well.
